Create beautiful cake designs and decorate your DIY cake with these prime blank wafer sheets. Print any image, shape, design, etc. of your choice by using these edible wafer papers with any edible printer. It works wonder on cookies, buttercream, fondant icing, cupcakes, cake toppers, and cream.
You can use Prime Blank Wafer Sheets in Multiple Ways:
- Fondant: Use corn syrup or piping gel on the back of the wafer paper or on the cake itself to stick edible wafer paper to a fondant cake. Then glue the wafer paper on top.
- Cookies: To put edible wafer sheet on cookie, start with a chocolate, royal icing, fondant, or candy clay-covered cookie. Before pressing the wafer paper onto the cookie, brush it with a thin layer of piping gel or corn syrup. Press the edible wafer paper gently into place. Remember to ensure that the edges are secure.
- Cakes: Flip the printed edible wafer sheet over and place it on the cake's top. Smooth the wafer paper outward from the center to the edges. This will ensure a good seal and eliminate any bubbles. At this stage, the cake might be deemed finished. If you want, you can add a beautiful piped border.
- Buttercream: Press the edible wafer paper directly onto the frosting to affix them to buttercream covered dessert. Assume the buttercream has hardened to the point where it is no longer sticky. In that situation, you may need to use new buttercream to reattach the tops to the cupcakes.
Each box contains 50 edible wafer sheets (totaling 500 sheets in a ten pack), which may be printed using edible image printers and edible cartridges. The thickness of each edible prime blank wafer sheet is 0.40 mm.
This product is Kosher-certified by the Orthodox Union, and it only contains FDA-approved ingredients. They're also devoid of gluten, nuts, and allergens.

Prime Blank Edible Wafer Sheets or Rice papers resemble standard paper and icing sheets in appearance, but they do not have a backing. Hence, you don't have to make effort to peel them off! Another important contrast is that, unlike frosting sheets, edible wafer papers do not dissolve in the icing. The edible wafer sheets gives astonishing results when used with airbrush spray or tools. Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, chocolate, fondant, blown sugar, and other confections are all great companions to go with edible wafer sheets.
Step 1: Print the wafer sheets with an edible printer (check our range of edible image printers).
Step 2: Moisten the back of the wafer paper with a fine mist of water.
Step 3: Spread the mixture on the food surface of your choice.
Pro Tip: To avoid the edible wafer paper from absorbing too much icing, apply the primary blank wafer paper to the object just before the presentation time or event.
Prime Blank Edible Wafer Sheets are Flexible to Use with any Edible Printer:
Place the wafer sheet in your printer like regular paper and use Icinginks edible ink to produce whatever image you choose. Allow the wafer sheet to dry after printing. They can be used as cake toppings with rolled fondant, chocolate candy, or Royal Icing.
What advantages do Prime Blank Wafer Sheets provide?
- There is no backing paper included.
- Even when put on wet icing, wafer paper tends to curl! However, we recommend waiting until the buttercream goes firm before applying the wafer paper.
STORAGE: KEEP THE WAFER PAPER AWAY FROM HEAT. It should be kept dry and at room temperature to avoid fading the edible ink colours due to humidity and sunlight. Enclose printed edible wafer paper in an airtight plastic bag or container when not in us!
